It sounds like you ruled almost everything out, but I do want you to check the threaded rod the runs from leg to leg to see if there's any obstructions or smashed up threads that could be stopping you from retracting the legs of your stabilizer system # LC298707. If there's no obstructions then check the connection from that rod to the motor and try to manually crank the motor with part # LC119226 to see if you can get the legs to retract as well.
